What is included in the vastu consultation?
• All aspects of vastu (directions, placement, colours, layouts, orientations, interventions, interior design features, etc.)
• Checking Sick Building Syndrome (SBS): geopathic stress and solutions, EMF /electromagnetic smog pollution, dirty electricity
• If you require vastu astrology analyses, please provide DOBs before the consultation
• The consultation will last up to 2 hours, and I will email you a vastu report
• There is a follow-up fine-tuning consultation included after a few months, once you’ve done most of the improvements (so in effect, it’s a two-part consultation)
• Full support during the whole process (you can call and email me at any time)
• The consultation doesn’t include vastu remedies (dirty electricity filters, etc) or interior design interventions (mirrors, images, etc) suggested by the consultant

What is the fee for the vastu consultation?
The fees depend on the location. For example, in London, the fee starts from £800 for a home and £1200 for business. If you live outside of London, please let me know your location, and I’ll email you a specific quote.
Do you provide remote vastu services?
Yes, I do. Remote vastu consultations are also possible via WhatsApp, FaceTime, etc. Depending on the nature of the consultation, i.e., home or business, or checking a property to buy, the cost starts from £500.
Is feng shui advice included in the vastu consultation?
Yes, of course. I am a multidisciplinary vastu consultant combining vastu, feng shui and environmental psychology.

How long does the vastu consultation last?
On average, about two hours, depending on your individual needs, environmental problems and the size of the property.
How does the follow-up consultation work?
All of my vastu consultations include a follow-up “fine-tuning” session – either on-site, by WhatsApp or on the phone. You are also welcome to contact me with any Vastu-related questions.
Do I need to do anything before the vastu consultation?
You can list areas of your life (personal and professional) that you’d like to improve. The first question I’ll ask you is how you like vastu to help you.
How to recognise factual vastu advice?
Like any discipline, vastu is full of half-truths, superstition, false assumptions and false problems. Most people who seek vastu don’t know what they don’t know and haven’t undergone rigorous, scientific vastu training to be well-informed. How can a layperson make a decision about vastu without relying on inaccurate information from the internet?
Firstly, consult a vastu expert who is also a scientist. I am an environmental psychologist and I’ve been trained as a scientist and I know the difference between accurate and inaccurate vastu knowledge.
Secondly, use your common sense and rational thinking. If something doesn’t make sense – ask questions. Ask for evidence. Ask for research papers supporting the claims. Most of my vastu advice is evidence-based.

How does vastu work?
If your home and workplace are in balance, you will be in balance and harmony. The imbalanced energies of your home or workplace can drain your energy and put you off balance and you’ll be losing your power and your centre. The consequence of that is that your home or work environment will throw you off balance. And the consequence of that would be that every decision you make will be off balance. How do you think you will be off balance all day if your bedroom is not working and you’re not sleeping well, for example? Your relationships with your family or co-workers will be off balance all day if the vastu is not right. Everything is connected and you and your immediate environment are connected and interdependent. The Vastu of your home and workplace affects you on many levels: physical, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, health, relationship, financial, and more.
Does vastu work? Is there any evidence for how vastu works?
Vastu is an ancient Indian practice that has been tested for thousands of years, and there is substantial anecdotal evidence of its effectiveness. The science that can explain how and why vastu works is environmental psychology. Environmental psychology is the study of how different environments affect people. So the evidence is indirect, but it is still there. Some of the vastu principles don’t need explanation – they’re self-evident and follow common sense. Other aspects of vastu require psychological knowledge to decipher how it all works.
How quickly can one see the results of vastu?
It all depends. Your environment is one of the key factors that influence your life. Others, family, friends, and you can influence you in many ways. But when you have good vastu at home or workplace, you’ll reduce unnecessary environmental stressors that drain your energy and affect your health. So, depending on your circumstances, certain aspects, such as sleep, can be improved almost immediately. Other, more complex aspects might take time. Everyone is different and every house is different, but once you start applying vastu in your home or workplace you’ll see and feel the difference yourself.
